“创业先锋联盟”（英文名：VENTURE PIONEER ALLIANCE）创立于1995年，是由华裔社团知名人士发起，中国工商企业界和社会各界积极参与创办的非牟利、非政治性，旨在联合全球华人优秀创业者的专业协会。
本会由香港著名创业表率林启豪于1995年发起，近二十年来迅速成长为香港、台湾、中国大陆及国际华人社群首屈一指的创业协会。本协会由知名人士出任名誉会长、会长、副会长和理事职务，包括当地社团领袖、银行家、企业家、律师、会计师、科技专家、管理学家、人文学者和商务顾问，有广泛的社会代表性和号召力。
创业先锋联盟致力于培养华人科学创业、成功创业的意识和实用技能，呵护华人创业者的成长，协助企业招募员工，同时引导和帮助中小企业在自身发展过程中 树立品牌意识，增强品牌概念。联盟期盼香港和中国各界人士的倾力支持。竭诚欢迎志同道合、愿意推动华人创业发展的个人、企业、专业服务机构和其它社会团体 加盟本会或者进行业务合作，寻求发展商机，共同促进海内外华人创业发展进入一个新的境界。另外协会将逐步建立“全球华裔经济资源信息库”，策划举办“创业 大赛”、评选“三年·七人”创业先锋大奖等活动。
协会服务范围：为华人在国内、国际、香港创业、就业活动提供就业信息、投资项目、行业和产品、技术、市场、融资、政府政策咨询服务；与创业有 关的商务、法律、会计、知识产权、各类企业管理、业务培训、工商注册和行政办公等方面服务。协助企业跨国投资、商务考察、商业推广和广告、公共关系、设立 海外研发基地、委托招商活动；举办高水平的创业、商务或移民适应专题的研讨会和系列讲座。
成立至今，创业先锋联盟曾为香港及国际、国内近百家企业进行了商务培训和发展指导，还曾多次为新兴企业进行现代营销培训和市场导向分析。创业 先锋联盟的成立，为创业者打造一个与先进企业进行深层沟通与合作的平台，通过社会公信力的平台为他们的发展之路进行切实有效的服务。创业先锋联盟以第三方 的身份在企业和创业者间为他们架起沟通的桥梁，吸引了社会各界创业成功的精英人士的加入，为创业者提供了大量的行业信息和创业商机。
“VENTURE PIONEER ALLIANCE” (with the English Name of VENTURE PIONEER ALLIANCE) was set up in 1995, and is a non-profitable and non-political professional association aiming to unite the global ethnic Chinese excellent entrepreneurs, launched by celebrities of ethnic Chinese associations, actively founded by Chinese industrial and commercial circle and social sectors.
The Association was launched in 1995 by Lin Qihao, the famous entrepreneur example in Hong Kong, and has quickly become the leading entrepreneurship association among Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China and international ethnic Chinese community in the past 20 years. The Association’s honorary president, president, vice president and council member are taken up by celebrities, including local association leaders,bankers, entrepreneurs, lawyers, accountants, technology experts, managerialists, humanists and business consultants, who have wide social representativeness and chrisma.
VENTURE PIONEER ALLIANCE is committed to cultivate ethnic Chinese people the awareness of scientific entrepreneurship and successful entrepreneurship and practical skills, care for the growth of ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs, assist enterprises in recruiting employees, meanwhile guide and help medium- and small-size enterprises to build brand awareness and strengthen brand concept during their development. The Alliance hopes strong support by people from all circles of life in Hong Kong and China, and sincerely welcomes individuals, enterprises, professional service agencies and other social associations which have similar ideals and beliefs and are willing to promote the ethnic Chinese entrepreneurship development to join the Association or conduct business cooperation with us, to seek for development opportunity and jointly promote Chinese entrepreneurship development at home and abroad to enter a new era. In addition, the Association will gradually establish “global Chinese economic resources database”, prepare to hold “entrepreneurship competition”, appraise and select “three-year seven-people” venture pioneer reward, etc..
The Association’s Service Scope: Provide ethnic Chinese with employment information, investment project, industry and product, technology, market, financing and government policy consultancy services in terms of entrepreneurship and employment activities at home and abroad; provide business, law, accounting, intellectual property right, enterprise management, business training, industrial and commercial registration and administrative office services related to the entrepreneurship; assist enterprises in transitional investment, business investigation, business promotion and advertisement, public relation, overseas R&D base set-up and entrusted investment invitation activity; hold high-level seminar and lecture series with the topic of entrepreneurship, commerce or immigration adaptation.
Since its establishment, VENTURE PIONEER ALLIANCE has conducted commercial training and development guidance for almost 100 enterprises at home and abroad, and has conducted several modern marketing training and market orientation analysis for start-up enterprises. The establishment of VENTURE PIONEER ALLIANCE builds a platform for entrepreneurs to conduct deep communication and cooperation with advanced enterprises, and provide practically effective services for their development based on the platform with social credibility. VENTURE PIONEER ALLIANCE sets up a communication bridge between the enterprises and entrepreneurs as a third party, and has attracted successful entrepreneurs from all walks of life, and has provided a lot of industry information and entrepreneurship opportunity for entrepreneurs.
